VerifyClients is Canada's mutual safety verification network for independent professionals and their clients. Our platform lets either side check a phone number or email address against a crowd-sourced, fully anonymized Canadian safety database — before any meetup, job, or transaction.
We are a safety lookup tool only. We are not a booking platform, payment processor, advertising service, or messaging network. We do not connect clients with providers or facilitate any transactions.
VerifyClients is built for two audiences:
- Independent Professionals — service providers who meet clients privately and need to verify who they're dealing with before every booking
- Clients / Customers — people hiring independent professionals who want to confirm the provider is safe before meeting
Both sides can initiate verification — that's what makes it mutual.
Yes. VerifyClients is available Canada-wide — all 13 provinces and territories. Our safety database accepts reports and lookups from any Canadian city. We are headquartered in Canada and all data is stored on Canadian servers.
We want to be completely clear about what our platform does not do:
- Not a booking platform — we do not schedule appointments or facilitate meetups
- Not a payment platform — no money ever changes hands through us
- Not an advertising service — we do not list or promote anyone's services
- Not a messaging platform — members cannot contact each other through us
- Not an escort or adult services directory — any such use is strictly prohibited
We are a safety lookup and verification tool only — fully compliant with PIPEDA and PCEPA.
Yes — you can join VerifyClients for free. The Free plan includes 3 safety lookups per day, the ability to submit safety reports, view basic city alerts, and access the affiliate program. Paid plans unlock more daily lookups and additional features. No credit card required to join.
VerifyClients is currently in pre-launch / early access phase. You can join the waitlist to get early access before our public launch. Early members get founder pricing locked in and help shape the product with their feedback.

The process takes under 60 seconds:
- Step 1 — Create a free account at verifyclients.com/login
- Step 2 — Log in to your member dashboard
- Step 3 — Go to the Safety Lookup tab
- Step 4 — Enter the phone number or email you want to check
- Step 5 — Your result appears instantly in your browser — no email required
Either side can initiate — a professional can check a client's number, or a client can check a provider's number.
The Instant Lookup tool lets you enter any phone number or email address and immediately cross-check it against our anonymized Canadian safety database. Results appear instantly in your browser — no waiting, no email delivery.
Your query is processed in real-time and immediately discarded — we cannot link any lookup back to you or the contact you checked.
Mutual verification means either party in an interaction can initiate a safety check — not just one side. A professional can verify a client before confirming a booking, and a client can verify a professional before hiring.
This two-way approach builds trust on both sides and is what makes VerifyClients unique in Canada. Neither party ever sees the other's personal data — only the anonymized safety rating.
We currently offer four core screening tools available from your member dashboard:

- Reference & Background Checks — community-contributed references surfacing risk patterns
- Safety Flag Network — crowd-sourced safety signals with a 4-level rating system
- Secure Identity Verification — optional verified badge for members who complete our flow
After creating your free account, log in to your member dashboard and go to the My Profile tab. From there you can add your phone number to your profile.
Select whether you're an Independent Professional or Client, enter your contact details, and save. Your entry is added to the network and can be updated at any time from your account settings.
Our Safety Flag Network uses a 4-level rating system based on the number of anonymized community reports:
- ✅ Clear — no reports found in our database for this identifier
- ⚠️ Caution — 1 community report on file. Use your own judgement.
- 🟠 Flagged — 2 to 4 reports from multiple community members
- 🔴 High Risk — 5 or more reports from members across different cities
Important: A Clear rating does not guarantee safety — it means no reports exist in our database yet. A Flagged or High Risk rating does not prove wrongdoing — it reflects community reports that may vary in accuracy. Always use your own judgement.
Log in to your member dashboard and click the Submit Review tab. You'll need to provide:
- The phone number or email of the person you're reporting
- The type of review (client or provider)
- A safety rating (Safe, Caution, or Danger)
- A brief description of your experience (minimum 20 characters)
- The city where it occurred (optional)
Your report is stored completely anonymously — your identity is never attached to any report. Only submit reports based on your own direct personal experience. False reports violate our Terms of Use.
If you believe a safety report has been submitted about your phone number or email and it is false or malicious, you can request a review by emailing reports@verifyclients.com.
Our team will investigate within 14 business days. We will remove reports found to have been submitted in bad faith, contain demonstrably false claims, or violate our Terms of Use. We do not remove reports simply because the subject disagrees.
No. Safety ratings on VerifyClients are based entirely on anonymized community-contributed reports. They are not a legal background check, criminal record check, police clearance, or professional assessment of any kind.
If you require a legally recognized background check, please use an accredited Canadian background check service. VerifyClients results cannot be used for any regulated screening purpose.
Yes. Your member dashboard includes a personal Block List tab where you can add phone numbers you want to flag for yourself only. Your personal block list is private — it is never shared with other members or visible to anyone else.
This is separate from submitting a community safety report, which contributes to the shared safety database.
Yes. VerifyClients is fully compliant with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We collect the minimum personal information necessary, store it encrypted on Canadian servers, and never share it with third parties for advertising or profit.
We are also compliant with the Protection of Communities and Exploited Persons Act (PCEPA). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
No. Every lookup query is processed in real-time and immediately discarded the moment your result is shown. We cannot link any lookup back to you or the contact you searched. There is no lookup history stored on our servers — a local browser log exists on your own device only for your convenience.
Yes — completely. When you submit a safety report your identity is never attached to it. Only the phone number or email identifier, incident type, and city are stored. Your name, account email, and any identifying information are never linked to any report in our database.
Never. VerifyClients does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes. We collect only what is necessary to operate our platform and nothing more.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by:
- Using the Request Data Deletion button in your member dashboard under My Profile
- Emailing privacy@verifyclients.com
- Using our Contact page
We will process all deletion requests within 30 days. Anonymized safety reports cannot be individually linked back to you and therefore cannot be removed.
All data is stored on Canadian servers — we do not transfer personal data outside of Canada. All stored data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.

Log in to your member dashboard and go to the Subscription tab. You will see your current plan and an upgrade button. Clicking it takes you to our pricing page where you can select your new plan and pay securely through Stripe.
Yes. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to your paid features until then. No cancellation fees apply.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first month of any paid plan. After 7 days all payments are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused lookups. Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds. Contact info@verifyclients.com before initiating a chargeback.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe — a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see or store your card number or banking details. Your payment information goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers.
The Founders Lifetime plan gives you lifetime access to Founders pages for a single one-time payment of $50 — no recurring monthly fees ever. It's an early-adopter price locked in before our public launch. Once the launch window closes, this pricing will no longer be available.
A lookup lets you cross-check any Canadian phone number or email address against our anonymized community safety database. Results show a Clear, Caution, Flagged, or High Risk rating based on community-submitted reports.
Daily limits reset at midnight ET. Free members get 3 lookups per day, Verified members get 18 per day, and Premium members get unlimited lookups. Your query is never stored and processed in real-time only.
Our affiliate program lets you earn commissions by referring other professionals or clients to VerifyClients. You get a unique referral link and earn every time someone signs up through it.
- 50% recurring commission on monthly memberships ($19–$49/mo) — for the lifetime of the referral
- 50% one-time commission on one-time purchases ($20 badge, $99/yr, $50 lifetime)
- Payouts on the 1st and 15th of every month via e-Transfer, PayPal, or Stripe
- $50 CAD minimum payout threshold
- Real-time dashboard to track clicks, signups, and earnings
On the Premium plan at $49/month with a 50% recurring lifetime commission, each referral is worth up to $294 per year for as long as they remain a member. There is no cap on how many people you can refer.
The affiliate program is open to members who meet all three of the following requirements:
- You are 19 years of age or older
- You hold a VerifyClients verified badge or are an active paid member of the platform
- You are a Canadian resident

Yes. Our affiliate program promotes identity verification and safety tools only. It does not facilitate, advertise, enable, or profit from any illegal activities or regulated services of any kind. It is fully compliant with Canadian laws including PCEPA and PIPEDA.
Joining the affiliate program itself is free, but you must already hold a VerifyClients verified badge (purchased through the platform) or be an active paid member to be eligible. Your membership or verified badge is your entry requirement — there is no separate fee to join the program.
Go to our Login page and click the Sign Up tab. Enter your email address, create a password, and click Create Free Account. You'll be redirected to your member dashboard where you can optionally add your phone number to your profile.
Go to the Login page and click Forgot password? below the password field. Enter your email address and we will send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Log in to your dashboard, go to the My Profile tab, scroll to the bottom and click Request Data Deletion. Alternatively email privacy@verifyclients.com with your request. All personal data will be deleted within 30 days.
VerifyClients is available to Canadian residents who are 19 years of age or older only. You must be a legal adult with the capacity to enter a binding agreement. We do not allow minors to register under any circumstances. If we discover a minor has registered we will immediately delete the account and all associated data.
Your profile has optional fields you can fill in from your dashboard under My Profile:
- Display Name — a first name or alias visible only to verified members
- Phone Number — your own number for your profile (not stored for lookup purposes)
- City — your city to receive relevant local safety alerts
- Role — Independent Professional or Client / Customer
All fields are optional and stored securely. They are never shared with other members or third parties.
In your member dashboard, click the Sign Out button at the bottom of the left sidebar. You will be logged out of your session and redirected to the login page. Your session does not expire automatically while you are actively browsing the dashboard.
