A new client contacts you with a booking request. They provide a phone number or email address. Before you confirm — run a check.

Enter the phone number or email
Type in the client's phone number or email. Select the contact type (Client / Customer). Click Run Lookup. Your query is processed in real-time against our Canadian safety database.

Check the safety rating
Review the result. Clear means no reports in our database. Any Caution, Flagged, or High Risk rating means community members have submitted safety concerns about this identifier — proceed with care.
